So I’m Finally going to fill you in on some updated pics from our never ending reno… just this kitchen so far. 🙂 I will update you once our trim is all done for our new living room and dining spaces.
Working on it:
Almost done (just need trim and some fluffing):
I will post the remaining when we are all done, working on it pretty steady now as I have been riddled down with morning sickness! ( new babe in June 2015 :))- so stay tuned for a big boy room redo, new spare bed room and a nursery personalization for the new adddition
And my have things changed! A few cosmetic changes, a bathroom renovation, and a baby later! I would like to take this have to reflect on the massive amount of work we have achieved!
Mind the before pictures… We were in the midst of moving and only the storage stuff was in and it was jumbled together!
We painted all the wood work, which was very daunting I must say! Also painted all the walls and added crown and details such as chair rails and the panelled cieling in the one room… Once I started I couldn’t stop- I will blame it on nesting lol
We love it so far and it really feels like home! Such a bright sunny home filled with ❤
Feeling a little better after getting rid of our tired couch… I wish spring would show it’s pretty little face soon but until them I will be lounging on a comfy new couch set… From of all places Ikea! We figured having a little baby and a plan of having at least one more in the future we would stick to something that if grape juice and sticky fingers found their way on the fabric, we wouldn’t be so upset! Another perk is that they are fully slip covered. So about 3 hours to put together and a little patience it’s a wallet and family friendly option ( couch was about $650 and the sectional was $1100)
The couches go pretty good with my Homesense pillow finds!
After a lot of hard work, some dirt, a few problems and a whole lot of team work my husband and I finally finished the project we started after the bathroom went AWOL in October ( I know… It took a while!) but the latter end of pregnancy and a new baby later it turned out better hen we could have imagined!
